Urgent requirement: natural gas fitter (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Greene County, North Carolina. You will be based in a gas distribution network. Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 6+ years on the tools preferred.
