Surface coating operator • Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
