Stainless steel welder wanted in Powder River County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Powder River County, Montana. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE Day to day you will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
