Now hiring: we are hiring a garment machinist in Poinsett County, Arkansas. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
