Vacancy available: we are hiring a vehicle electrician in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a car service garage. Your main tasks: • Repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints Requirements: • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods • Steady hands for soldering fine connections Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
