You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position.
