Abattoir worker wanted in Cuyahoga County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
