Heavy goods vehicle driver — Jo Daviess County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid digital tachograph card On the job you will handle: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
