On a typical shift you will take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times. You should have: • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
