Sausage maker wanted in Park County

On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off.
