Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Alexander County, North Carolina. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
