Join our team: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Moore County, North Carolina. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays We offer $18 per hour plus benefits.
