Steam press operator • Decatur County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Decatur County, Iowa. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 1+ years on the tools preferred.
