What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On a typical shift you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse.
