Landscape gardener wanted in Sampson County

Join our team: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Sampson County, North Carolina. The job is at a private estate garden. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Day to day you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters.
