We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Morton County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
