What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Overtime paid at a premium rate.
