Immediate opening: we are hiring a body shop technician in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day-to-day duties: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
