We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ayamelum, Anambra State. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
