Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Lincoln County, Washington. The role involves tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
