Vacancy available: we are hiring a bench joiner in Caroline County, Virginia. You will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
