Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Conwy

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Conwy, Wales. Day to day you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
