Join our team: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Muscatine County, Iowa. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
