Production operative • Halifax County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Halifax County, North Carolina. The job is in a CNC machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
