Bakery assistant wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lincoln County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
