Excavator operator — Livingston Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift 2+ years on the tools preferred.
