You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
