Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Ellis County, Oklahoma. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 1+ years on the tools preferred.
