Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Stone County, Missouri. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift.
