Chef de partie wanted in Bradley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bradley County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
