You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Rotating shifts.
