Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Jackson Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
