Back-of-house cleaner — Floyd County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Floyd County, Kentucky. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
