Join our team: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Clayton County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
