Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Roane County, Tennessee. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
