Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
