Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Woodford County, Illinois. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
