Gtaw welder • Ivo, Ebonyi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Ivo, Ebonyi State. The role involves run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred.
