Sheet metal roofer — City of Danville

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in City of Danville, Virginia. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather The role involves install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar.
