Rebar installer • Penobscot County, Maine

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Penobscot County, Maine. Your main tasks: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
