Immediate opening: pot washer (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in McLean County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
