Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Jackson County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
