Urgent requirement: waiter (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Fauquier County, Virginia. You will work in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Full-time with occasional weekends.
