Gas appliance installer • Morgan County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Morgan County, Kentucky. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Day to day you will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
