The role involves: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Six days a week, one day off.
