Dish pit attendant wanted in Gillespie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Gillespie County, Texas. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
