We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Stonewall County, Texas. The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
