Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Alachua County, Florida. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. You will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
