UPVC door and window fabricator — Ross County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Ross County, Ohio. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam 4+ years on the tools preferred.
