Deboner — Akoko South West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Akoko South West, Ondo State. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
